CHAT
We will talk about what you are looking for or thinking about, discuss any questions you have. If you would like to work with me we will explore that might look like.

SCHEDULE
We schedule session over *Zoom. Sessions are usually 30 minutes to start 1-2 times a week.
You will have some forms to fill out to help me serve you better.

MEET
Our first session is a time for me to see what you are comfortable with and teach you some of the basic exercises. I use this experience along with the information you shared previously to create our next workout sessions.
*I offer in person sessions to a limited number of clients in the towns of: Walpole, Westwood, Norwood, Medfield, Dover, Sherborn, Millis and Norfolk.
